Key Responsibilities:
As a Reservations Supervisor, you’ll take ownership of the reservations process across multiple properties, with a particular focus on group business.
- Supervise group and individual reservation processes across multiple properties
- Work alongside the Revenue Manager to maximise room revenue and follow group reservation strategies
- Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings and identify opportunities to increase revenue
- Prepare and manage reservations and revenue reports
- Support and guide Reservations Agents, ensuring high standards are maintained
- Coordinate closely with Front Desk and Housekeeping teams to ensure guest requirements are communicated effectively
- Recognise loyalty programme members and ensure a consistently professional guest experience
- Complete quality checks and ensure reservations are accurately managed
What we’re looking for:
We’re looking for an experienced reservations professional who can confidently support a busy team and work across multiple properties.
- Previous group reservations experience within a branded hotel environment is desirable
- Strong understanding of loyalty programmes, ideally IHG One Rewards and Marriott Bonvoy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Opera experience is essential, with a move to Opera Cloud planned
- Delphi experience would be advantageous
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A proactive approach to delivering excellent guest service and supporting colleagues
