Key Responsibilities

As Chef de Partie, you’ll play an important role in the kitchen, helping to deliver consistently high standards across every service.

• Preparing and cooking dishes to a consistently high standard

• Taking responsibility for your designated section during service

• Maintaining excellent food quality, presentation and portion control

• Following food safety, hygiene and allergen procedures

• Supporting the wider kitchen team during busy services

• Helping with preparation for weddings, events and restaurant service

• Keeping your section clean, organised and well stocked

• Supporting junior members of the kitchen team when required

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for a passionate Chef de Partie who enjoys working with quality ingredients and wants to continue developing their skills.

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or experienced Commis Chef ready for the next step

• A genuine passion for fresh, seasonal food

• Good organisation and time-management skills

• The ability to work calmly and efficiently during busy services

• A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team

• Good understanding of food hygiene and kitchen standards

• Your own transport is essential, as the venue is in a rural location and reliable travel to the site is required
