Night Manager – £15.50 per hour | Ongoing Work in Liverpool

Are you an experienced Night Manager looking for ongoing work in Liverpool? This is a great opportunity to join a busy hotel environment, take responsibility for overnight operations and build on your experience within hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

As a Night Manager, you’ll oversee the smooth running of the hotel overnight, ensuring high standards are maintained.

• Supervise the night team and ensure standards are consistently met
• Act as Duty Manager in the absence of the Front Office Manager
• Manage complaints, requests, disturbances and overnight issues
• Oversee Night Audit, accounting and financial procedures
• Manage arrivals, departures, reservations, cancellations and amendments
• Ensure accurate handovers and maintain the night diary
• Prepare and coordinate daily summary reports
• Communicate nightly activities, VIPs, groups and special requests
• Support the Front Office Manager with staffing, planning and operations
• Use the PEP system to manage overnight duties and processes

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for a confident and experienced Night Manager who can take responsibility and make decisions independently.

• Previous experience as a hotel Night Manager or Night Supervisor
• PEP system experience is essential
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Confident managing a team and handling overnight operations
• Flexible to work 5 nights out of 7
