Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in organising and supervising all kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and hygiene.
• Support in controlling costs and maintaining health and safety standards.
• Help foster a positive team environment and uphold legal and company standards.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience working as a Sous Chef or in a similar supervisory kitchen role.
• Passion for British cuisine and attention to detail.
• Strong team player with good communication skills and a proactive approach.
• Previous experience in a hotel environment is desirable but not essential.
