Key Responsibilities

As an Event Coordinator, you’ll support the successful delivery of bookings while maximising opportunities across the events operation.

• Provide a high standard of customer service
• Handle enquiries and bookings by telephone and online
• Proactively convert enquiries into sales
• Process, amend and update bookings accurately
• Conduct show rounds for prospective clients
• Build lasting client relationships and encourage repeat business
• Maximise revenue through effective upselling
• Complete administration and confidently use technology
• Work flexibly around customer and team requirements

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for a confident and organised professional with experience in events and a strong focus on customer service.

• Previous experience in a similar Event Coordinator role
• Delphi experience is essential
• Experience using Opera Cloud
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong attention to detail and organisation
• A proactive approach to sales and upselling
