Senior M&E Sales Executive – Glasgow | £32,000+ with great benefits and career development

We’re looking for an experienced Senior M&E Sales Executive to join a busy Hotel operation in Glasgow. If you have a strong hospitality sales background and enjoy driving revenue, building client relationships and developing a team, this could be your next career move.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach and develop the M&E sales team
• Drive enquiry conversion and deliver excellent customer service
• Apply effective pricing and selling strategies
• Support forecasting, demand analysis and promotional planning
• Monitor performance against revenue KPIs
• Oversee event schedules, billing and post-event follow-up
• Work closely with Operations, Reception, Accounts and other departments
• Conduct show rounds and client appointments

What we’re looking for:

• Previous meetings and events, hospitality or venue sales experience
• Proven supervisory or team leadership experience
• Strong commercial and revenue management awareness
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
• Confident communication and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency with Opera PMS or Cloud and Delphi essential
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach
