Key Responsibilities

As a Chef, you’ll play an important role in maintaining high standards across the kitchen by:

• Managing your designated kitchen section efficiently during service
• Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to a high standard
• Monitoring stock levels and helping to minimise waste
• Ordering and storing provisions correctly to maintain quality and budgets
• Supervising and mentoring junior kitchen team members
• Maintaining excellent hygiene, food safety, and compliance standards
• Supporting the wider team to deliver exceptional service

What we’re looking for

We’re keen to hear from candidates who are:

• Flexible and adaptable to different kitchen environments
• Experienced in a professional kitchen environment
• Confident running their own section
• Passionate about producing high-quality food
• Strong communicators who work well as part of a team

• Based in or able to commute to Amesbury and surrounding areas including Salisbury
