We’re looking for a Relief Night Porter to join our temporary hospitality team in Emsworth. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous hospitality, customer service, or security experience who enjoys working independently and providing outstanding guest service. With flexible shifts available across Emsworth and surrounding areas, including Portsmouth, this role offers variety and the chance to build valuable experience within the hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities

As a Relief Night Porter, you will:

• Provide a warm and professional welcome to guests during overnight hours
• Assist with late check-ins, early check-outs, and guest enquiries
• Carry out security checks and monitor access points
• Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues efficiently
• Handle telephone calls, reservations, and administrative duties
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness in public areas
• Complete overnight reports and accurately record incidents
• Prepare facilities for the following day’s operations
• Follow health and safety procedures and support emergency responses when required
• Work closely with other departments to ensure excellent guest service
