Working with fresh, seasonal produce, the successful candidate will support the Head Chef in delivering consistently high standards across a fast-paced service.

The role would suit a passionate chef with strong organisational skills, experience in a fresh-food environment, and the ability to lead and motivate a small kitchen team.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous Chef

• Strong knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen management
