Key Responsibilities:

As Night Manager in Portsmouth, you’ll be responsible for the smooth overnight operation of the hotel, including:

• Running the night audit process
• Managing and supporting a small night team
• Checking guests in and out
• Carrying out fire safety and security walks
• Responding to guest queries and overnight calls
• Ensuring excellent guest service throughout the night shift

What we’re looking for:

To be successful in this Night Manager role in Portsmouth, you’ll ideally have:

• Previous Night Manager or Night Supervisor experience
• Experience running Night Audit procedures
• Knowledge of Guestline or similar hotel systems such as Opera
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A professional and reliable approach to overnight hospitality operations
