Key Responsibilities

As a Restaurant and Bar Manager, you will play a key role in delivering excellent guest experiences and supporting smooth daily operations.

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the hotel restaurant and bar
• Supervise and motivate front-of-house teams and Supervisor level staff
• Deliver high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
• Handle guest enquiries and resolve issues professionally
• Maintain excellent hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation standards
• Monitor stock levels, ordering, and inventory management
• Assist with rotas and operational planning
• Work closely with kitchen teams to ensure efficient service
• Ensure compliance with licensing and health & safety regulations
• Support events, functions, and promotional activities across Hampshire

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for a confident Restaurant and Bar Manager with strong hospitality experience and a positive leadership style.

• Previous experience in a similar hospitality management role
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
• Good understanding of food hygiene and licensing regulations
• Flexible approach to shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Experience supervising hospitality teams in a busy environment
