A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Restaurant General Manager near Southampton to join a busy fresh-food venue known for its weddings, private events, and quality dining experience. • £50,000 package (Salary + tronc + bonus)
• Basic salary between £40,000 to £45,000 depending on experience
• Tronc and bonus structure
• Mostly daytime hours, usually 8am-5pm
• Only 2-3 evenings per week supporting weddings and events

Key Responsibilities:

As Restaurant General Manager, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the venue, ensuring excellent standards across both restaurant service and events.

• Oversee all restaurant operations and daily service
• Lead, motivate, and develop the front-of-house team
• Support weddings, functions, and private events
• Maintain exceptional guest service standards
• Work closely with the kitchen and events teams
• Drive operational efficiency and team performance

What we’re looking for:

We’re looking for a confident and experienced Restaurant General Manager with a passion for hospitality and fresh food.

• Previous Restaurant Manager experience within a fresh-food or high-end environment
• Experience managing weddings and events
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
