What you’ll be doing:
As Food and Beverage Manager, you’ll oversee day-to-day operations across restaurant, bar and function spaces, ensuring high standards throughout. You will:

• Lead restaurant, bar and event service operations
• Manage bookings, stock control, cashing up and company procedures
• Ensure all functions are delivered to agreed standards
• Act as the key contact for customers, clients and event organisers
• Handle complaints professionally and resolve issues quickly
• Support team training, compliance and daily operational standards
• Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness, safety and service
