What you’ll be doing:
As Chef de Partie, you’ll support the daily kitchen operation while maintaining high standards of food quality and service. You will:

• Lead food production to ensure consistency, quality, and minimal wastage
• Prepare fresh dishes for workplace dining facilities and events
• Support stock checks, ordering processes, and shift procedures
• Ensure all Health & Safety standards are met
• Work closely with the Sous Chef and wider kitchen team
• Complete ongoing training to continue building your skills

What we’re looking for:
We’re looking for a Chef de Partie in Poole who brings:

• A relevant culinary qualification, ideally NVQ Level 2 or above
• Around 5 years’ experience within a busy hotel or restaurant kitchen
• Food Safety certification or willingness to complete training
• Strong communication skills and a positive team-focused attitude
• A passion for delivering excellent food and service
