We’re recruiting for an experienced Reception Manager to join a well-established hospitality business in Windsor. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys leading from the front, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and developing a high-performing team within a quality hotel environment.

Key Responsibilities:

As part of the senior Front Office team, you will:

  • Lead and maintain exceptional Front Office standards and guest satisfaction
  • Ensure all SOPs are regularly reviewed, updated, and fully implemented
  • Train, coach, and develop the Reception team while maintaining accurate training records
  • Maximise departmental profitability through upselling and effective cost control
  • Manage payroll and departmental expenses in line with business levels
  • Carry out inductions, appraisals, and performance reviews with clear objectives
  • Build strong communication across departments including Housekeeping, Revenue, and Maintenance
  • Undertake Duty Management shifts as required

What we’re looking for:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience within a 4/5-star hotel background
  • Strong operational knowledge across Front Office, Reservations, and Night Audit
  • Experience using Opera
  • Proven leadership and team development skills
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Strong written English and confident Microsoft Office abilities
  • A motivated and professional approach with the ability to inspire others
  • Experience working within a busy Reception operation
