Key Responsibilities – Assistant Restaurant Manager

• Support the day-to-day running of a café/restaurant in Cheddar
• Lead from the front, delivering excellent service within a hospitality environment
• Oversee breakfast and lunch service in a high-volume operation
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and customer experience
• Take responsibility for opening, closing, and food safety procedures

What we’re looking for

• Experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or Supervisor within hospitality
• Confidence leading a team in a fast-paced café/restaurant environment
• Strong organisational and customer service skills
