Key Responsibilities:

As Director of Sales in Cambridge, you’ll lead from the front to drive performance and results:

  • Oversee daily sales operations to maximise revenue and client satisfaction
  • Generate leads, attend meetings, negotiate contracts, and represent the business at trade shows
  • Monitor corporate accounts and address any performance declines
  • Manage RFPs across corporate and consortia segments
  • Analyse GDS reports to strengthen meetings and conference business
  • Produce performance reports for senior leadership
