Key Responsibilities:
As Sous Chef, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the kitchen:
- Support the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations
- Lead the team during service and ensure consistency across all areas
- Assist with developing seasonal menus using fresh ingredients
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
- Support stock control, ordering, and kitchen organisation
- Help deliver catering for events, private functions, and group bookings
