We’re recruiting for a reliable Kitchen Porter to join a stunning venue near Southampton, set in the heart of New Alresford. This charming property with cosy bedrooms champions the very best of Hampshire produce, offering a fantastic opportunity to be part of a quality-driven kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:

As Kitchen Porter, you’ll play a vital role in keeping the kitchen running smoothly:

• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, including pot wash, utensils, and equipment
• Ensure all areas meet food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards
• Support chefs with basic food preparation when required
• Keep storage areas organised and well stocked
• Assist with deliveries and ensure correct storage of goods
• Manage waste disposal in line with environmental and hygiene standards
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure an efficient service
