We’re recruiting for a Sous Chef opportunity within a well-established hospitality operation in Dorset, based in a unique multi-space venue combining restaurant dining, café service, and large-scale events. Key Responsibilities:

As Sous Chef, you’ll support the smooth running of a busy fresh-food kitchen delivering service across multiple hospitality spaces:

• Supporting the Head Chef with day-to-day kitchen leadership
• Leading the team during service and maintaining consistency across all areas
• Assisting with seasonal menu development using fresh ingredients
• Maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
• Supporting stock control, ordering, and kitchen organisation
• Helping deliver catering for events, private functions, and group bookings
