Key Responsibilities:
As a Junior Sous Chef, you will play a key role in the kitchen team:
- Support the team in delivering high-quality dishes and excellent guest experiences
- Consistently produce dishes to a high standard while learning from senior chefs
- Assist with menu development, including new dishes and specials
- Maintain excellent food safety and hygiene standards
- Work closely with front-of-house to ensure smooth service
What we’re looking for:
To succeed as a Junior Sous Chef, you’ll need:
- Previous experience as a Chef working with fresh produce
- Confidence working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- A genuine passion for food and a strong desire to learn and grow
- Due to the location of the site applicants must drive and have their own vehicle
