What you’ll be doing:

As an Agency Chef, you’ll support kitchens across the region during busy periods, holidays, and staff shortages throughout 2026. You’ll be expected to:

• Deliver high-quality dishes to each venue’s standards
  * Adapt quickly to new kitchens and teams
  * Work efficiently, cleanly, and professionally
  * Communicate clearly with front and back of house teams

What we’re looking for:

We’re looking for reliable, experienced Chefs who want flexible temp work and are ready for a busy year ahead. You’ll need:

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie, Sous Chef or Head Chef
  * Up-to-date Food Hygiene and Allergen certificates
  * A professional, proactive attitude and strong timekeeping
  * Two references to support your experience
