What’s involved?
- Supporting the Chef de Partie and senior chefs with daily kitchen operations
- Preparing and presenting dishes to a high standard
- Maintaining organisation and cleanliness within your section
- Assisting during busy service periods
- Ensuring consistency and attention to detail in all aspects of your work
What we’re looking for
- Previous experience in a professional kitchen (Commis or Demi Chef level)
- Passion for high-quality, fresh food
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
