Housekeeping – Isle of Islay | Live-in option, seasonal role and stunning island opportunity

We’re looking for a dedicated Housekeeping professional to join a fantastic team on the Isle of Islay for a seasonal contract running from April through to the end of September.

Key Responsibilities:

In this Housekeeping position, you’ll play a key role in maintaining high standards across all guest areas:

• Work through allocated bedrooms and suites efficiently
• Ensure guests always arrive to clean and welcoming rooms
• Follow procedures for signing keys in and out daily
• Keep corridors clean, tidy, and clutter-free
• Maintain organised and well-stocked linen cupboards
• Follow all health & safety, manual handling, and COSHH procedures
• Support and guide new team members within the housekeeping team
• Work collaboratively as part of a positive and hardworking team

What we’re looking for:

To succeed in this Housekeeping role, you’ll need:

• Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong time management skills
• Flexibility to work weekends
• A valid driving licence (essential)
• Access to your own transport
• Experience of island living or similar (desirable)
