Key Responsibilities:
As Assistant Manager, you’ll play a vital role in delivering a top-quality guest experience:

• Support team supervision, training, and scheduling
• Deliver excellent customer service and handle guest queries
• Assist with wine recommendations and product knowledge
• Oversee stock control and supplier deliveries
• Support cash handling, reporting, and cost management
• Ensure compliance with licensing, health & safety regulations
• Assist with opening/closing and service as required
