We’re recruiting for a Chef to join a vibrant hospitality team on the Isle of Wight, offering the chance to work the summer season in a fast-paced kitchen while enjoying a unique coastal lifestyle. Key Responsibilities:

As a Chef, you’ll play an important role in the day-to-day running of the kitchen by:

• Supporting the kitchen team in delivering high-quality dishes and memorable guest experiences, whilst learning from the Head Chef
• Contributing to menu development and helping create new recipes and specials
• Maintaining excellent food safety and hygiene standards
• Working closely with the front-of-house team to ensure a seamless dining experience

What we’re looking for:

We’re looking for a motivated Chef who brings energy and passion to the kitchen:

• Previous chef experience using fresh produce to a high standard
• Proven experience working in a fast-paced kitchen
• A chef who is passionate about food and eager to learn
