Key Responsibilities

As the Event Manager in Winchester, you will oversee events from enquiry through to delivery, ensuring every detail is handled professionally.

• Manage events from initial sale through to final execution
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, venues and suppliers
• Create detailed event schedules, staffing plans and logistics
• Lead on-site event delivery and manage teams on the day
• Work closely with kitchen and office teams to ensure seamless service
• Identify potential issues early and resolve them calmly and efficiently
