Key Responsibilities:
As a Catering Assistant, typical duties include:

• Serving food and beverages to customers to brand standards
• Performing basic food preparation and made-to-order services
• Taking payments and keeping financial records
• Restocking and maintaining displays of goods
• Cleaning and tidying back-of-house and public areas
• Reporting feedback, stock needs, breakages, faults, or hazards
• Completing daily paper/computer tasks as required

What we’re looking for:
Candidates should be:

• Following food hygiene and safety procedures
• Willing to undertake relevant training (including Level 2 Food Hygiene and barista training if required)
• Flexible in completing different tasks
• Previous experience of 1-2 years in a food environment is beneficial
• ENHANCED DBS IS ESSENTIAL
