We’re recruiting for a talented Chef de Partie to join a well-established hotel kitchen in Winchester. This is a fantastic opportunity to strengthen your skills in a busy, professional environment where development is genuinely encouraged.

Based in Winchester, you’ll be part of a structured brigade of six, working closely with the Head Chef and gaining exposure to all areas of the kitchen. Whether you’re currently operating as a Chef de Partie or stepping up from a strong commis level, this role offers the chance to grow at your own pace.

Key Responsibilities:

As Chef, you’ll gain exposure across the whole kitchen:

• Learn and work across all sections of the kitchen
• Support the Head Chef and wider brigade during busy service
• Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
• Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met
• Contribute positively to a busy hotel and events operation

What we’re looking for:

We’re looking for a motivated Chef who wants to develop:

• Currently working at Chef de Partie level and keen to strengthen skills
• Or a strong commis ready to step into a Chef de Partie position
• Eager to learn every section and be moulded within a structured team
• Calm and organised in a busy kitchen environment
• Commutable to Winchester or surrounding areas such as Southampton
