Key Responsibilities:

As Receptionist, you’ll play a central role in the guest journey, including:

• Assisting with all aspects of a guest’s stay, from booking meals, golf and treatments to luggage assistance and handling queries
• Checking guests in and out efficiently and warmly
• Preparing invoices, billing accurately and taking payments
• Responding to enquiries promptly and in line with brand standards
• Handling complaints with empathy and a proactive approach, escalating where required
• Completing daily Reception tasks quickly and efficiently

What we’re looking for:

To succeed as a Receptionist, you’ll need:

• Previous Hotel experience, ideally within a boutique setting
• A proactive, guest-focused approach with excellent communication skills
• Experience or understanding of island living (or similar remote environments)
• A full UK driving licence (preferred, as transporting guests may be required)
