Role: Restaurant Manager (Specialty Cuisine)

Package

• Salary: £30,000 per annum (40 hours per week).

• Cultural Liaison: Working closely with a dedicated kitchen team; the ability to speak Hindi is preferred to ensure smooth communication between the kitchen and the front-of-house team.

• Financial Performance: Managing labour costs, budgets, and driving revenue through a proactive selling culture.
• Team Development: Building a strong training culture to keep the team motivated and hospitality-focused.
