Salary: £12.50 per hour + Service Charge (Circa £29,250 – £33,450 OTE)

Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with an award-winning, luxury boutique hotel on the outskirts of Ambleside. This small boutique Hotel is renowned for its modern British restaurant and exceptional service, providing a sophisticated experience for its guests.

- Hourly Rate: £12.50 per hour.

What’s involved in this Chef De Rang role:
- Delivering high-end, modern British service within a refined restaurant environment.
- Acting as a key point of contact for guests, ensuring their experience is seamless from arrival to departure.
- Assisting the management team in maintaining 4-star boutique standards across the floor.
- Supporting the development of junior team members while maintaining excellent product knowledge of the food and beverage offerings.
What’s required?
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a high-quality hotel or restaurant environment.
- Attitude: A “can-do” approach, excellent time-keeping, and a passion for luxury hospitality.
- Skills: Strong communication skills and a well-presented, professional appearance.
- Flexibility: Ability to work 40-45 hours per week on a roster including split and straight shifts.
- Eligibility: You must have the right to work in the UK (Sponsorship is not available).
