As a Sous Chef in Yeovil, you’ll be the Head Chef’s right hand, supporting all aspects of the kitchen operation – from mentoring the team to ensuring exceptional food quality. Key Responsibilities

In this role you will:

• Lead and support the kitchen team to deliver excellent food standards
• Oversee preparation and service, ensuring quality and consistency
• Assist with menu development and daily specials
• Manage stock levels and ordering
• Maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards
• Deputise for the Head Chef when required
• Ensure smooth daily operations and team development
