Platinum Recruitment is proud to support schools in the Bexleyheath area and is currently recruiting temporary, ad-hoc Catering Assistants to support schools as and when required.

This role is ideal if you’re looking for flexible, term-time work with consistent hours when shifts are available.

Please note: A valid enhanced DBS certificate is required for this role.

What’s in it for you?

• 10am to 2pm typical hours

• Term-time only – no weekends or school holidays

Pay

• £13+ per hour

The Role

As a temporary Catering Assistant in a school in Bexleyheath, you’ll support the kitchen team with:

• Basic food preparation

• Serving meals

• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards

You’ll play an important role in ensuring a smooth and positive lunchtime service for pupils and staff.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous catering or hospitality experience is desirable

• Reliable, flexible, and proactive approach

• Right to work in the UK

• Valid enhanced DBS certificate
