We’re recruiting a Catering Assistant for a well-established independent boarding School in Yeovil, offering a stable, permanent role with a great work/life balance. This position is ideal if you’re looking for consistent weekday hours and the security of a term-time only contract, within easy reach of Sherborne.

This role is Monday to Friday, 11:45-19:45, during school term time only.

Key Responsibilities:
In this School-based role, you’ll be involved in the day-to-day catering service, including:

• Supporting lunch and dinner service for students and staff
• Serving food in a friendly, professional manner
• Setting up the restaurant and topping up buffet stations
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Delivering excellent customer service throughout service times

What we’re looking for:
To succeed as a Catering Assistant, you’ll ideally have:

• Previous catering or hospitality experience
• Access to your own transport due to the location
• A positive, reliable, and team-focused approach
