Key Responsibilities
As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you’ll play a key part in the daily operation, including:

• Supporting the Food and Beverage Manager with day-to-day service
• Supervising the food and beverage team to ensure smooth service delivery
• Maintaining high standards across bar and restaurant presentation
• Leading by example to deliver outstanding guest experiences
• Driving service standards and upselling opportunities
• Ensuring cleanliness, organisation and attention to detail throughout the department

What we’re looking for
We’re seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor who is confident, hands-on and motivated, with:

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or in a similar role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A customer-led approach and passion for service
• Excellent attention to detail and organisation
• The ability to motivate and support a busy team
• A full UK driving licence, due to the Winchester location
