What you’ll be doing:
As Food & Beverage Manager, you’ll oversee all food, drink and retail operations onsite, ensuring every area runs smoothly and delivers an exceptional guest experience. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing daily operations across restaurants, bars, kiosks, retail and events
Leading, training and motivating the F&B team – including recruitment, onboarding and rota management
Planning and delivering events and functions, including menu input and service coordination
Monitoring stock levels, managing supplier orders and maintaining strong cost control
Ensuring high standards of cleanliness, presentation, food hygiene and health & safety
Managing administrative processes, staff records and digital systems
Working closely with senior management to meet commercial and operational targets
This is a full-time, permanent position, working 40 hours per week, including some evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays.
What we’re looking for:
At least 2 years’ experience in a supervisory or management F&B role
Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, guide and motivate a diverse team
Knowledge of stock management, cost control and menu pricing
Excellent organisational, administrative and digital-systems capability
A guest-focused approach with a passion for exceptional service
Flexible, positive and able to adapt within a busy leisure environment
