In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering effective HR operations:
Manage day-to-day Employee Relations casework
Oversee and support the HR Administrator
Provide guidance on best practice HR processes
Travel to hotels across the UK as required
To succeed, you’ll bring:
CIPD Level 3 qualification or above, or equivalent experience
At least two years of experience in a similar human resources advisor position
Strong understanding of good HR practice
Confidence in managing ER cases
Your own car, as travel is essential
