In this Night Receptionist role, you will:
Deliver a personal, memorable 4-star experience for every guest
Build strong guest relationships that encourage repeat visits
Communicate clearly with all hotel departments
Manage check-ins, check-outs, payments, and banking
Handle guest feedback, escalating to the Front of House Manager when needed
Promote hotel facilities
Support the Night Audit process (full training provided)
Follow fire procedures and operate the fire panel confidently
Carry out security and fire walks throughout the night
Assist other departments as business needs require
Complete light public-area cleaning to prepare the hotel for the next day
To succeed as a Night Receptionist, you will need:
