Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Support the senior team in daily operations alongside another Assistant Manager
• Work closely with the owners to deliver great service and smooth shifts
• Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house staff
• Maintain high standards in customer service, safety, and compliance
• Assist with inventory, scheduling, and resolving customer queries
• Build strong relationships with kitchen teams and help maintain a welcoming environment
• Represent the business within the Bournemouth area when needed
