Key Responsibilities

As the Head chef, you will:

• Lead on menu development and costings
• Motivate, coach, and develop your team
• Maintain high food quality standards
• Ensure all health & safety practices are met
• Oversee ordering and manage food stocks within budget
• Bring proven experience at Head chef or senior sous level
• Demonstrate a strong track record in menu design
• Communicate effectively and lead with confidence
