Key Responsibilities:

In this Night Receptionist role, you’ll:

• Carry out end-of-day audits and reconcile financial reports
• Prepare revenue summaries and check for discrepancies
• Manage late check-ins and departures
• Oversee property safety and security during the Night shift
• Respond to guest queries and resolve issues promptly
• Communicate with the wider team for seamless operations
• Maintain accurate guest accounts and financial records
• Support preparations for the next day’s arrivals and requests

What we’re looking for:

We’d like to hear from you if you have:

• Experience in front desk or auditing roles
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Knowledge of Opera PMS (desirable)
• Confidence working independently overnight
• Previous Porter or guest-focused experience is an advantage
