Key Responsibilities

As Food and Beverage Manager, you’ll take charge of all front-of-house operations and ensure smooth daily service:

• Manage and support the front-of-house team serving 3 meals per day

• Plan and quote for functions with clients and military sponsors

• Write and manage staff rotas within budgeted hours

• Oversee bar management, stock control, and daily cash reconciliations

• Complete weekly trading accounts and operational reports

• Order stock and build strong relationships with clients

• Lead recruitment, team training, and performance management

• Conduct audits and ensure compliance with company standards

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for a confident and organised Food and Beverage Manager with proven leadership experience:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar management role

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• Ability to work 5 out of 7 days, including weekends and evenings as required

• A proactive approach and genuine passion for delivering great service
