Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of a busy restaurant, overseeing service from breakfast through lunch
• Lead from the front – hands-on and operational
• Deliver excellent customer experiences, ensuring the restaurant is welcoming, clean, and well-presented
• Take responsibility for opening and closing duties, as well as food safety standards
• Stock take, Rotaring, Budgeting and Training – its all yours!

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar supervisory role in a busy hospitality setting
• Organised, customer-focused, and confident in leading a team through peak service
• Comfortable working across both front-of-house and kitchen operations
• Passionate about great coffee, food, and service in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in increasing revenue through marketing strategies
