Key Responsibilities:
You’ll be the go-to person overnight, ensuring every guest has a comfortable and secure stay.
Oversee the smooth running of the hotel during the night
Handle all late check-ins, early departures, and guest enquiries
Manage front desk operations and liaise with other departments
Monitor hotel security and respond to any incidents
Assist with porter duties and breakfast setup when required
Maintain compliance with company policies and night audit procedures
What we’re looking for:
You’ll be someone who leads confidently and keeps calm under pressure.
Previous experience as a Night Manager or in a similar hotel front office role
Strong customer service and communication skills
Confident handling guest issues and ensuring satisfaction
Reliable, organised, and professional at all times
