Are you a talented Chef looking for consistent daytime hours? We’re hiring a Breakfast Chef to cater to a 30-bedroom hotel in Banbury (North Cotswolds area). This is a fantastic opportunity to work 7am-3pm shifts and focus on crafting high-quality morning dishes with locally sourced, seasonal ingredients.

Your Role as Breakfast Chef

As the Breakfast Chef, you will be responsible for setting the standard for the start of the day. You will:

• Prep and cook high-quality breakfast dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients.
• Ensure all mise en place is ready for smooth service.
• Cook and present delicious, well-plated breakfasts to high standards.
• Follow food safety & hygiene regulations (HACCP).
• Assist in ordering ingredients, checking stock, and managing stock rotation.
• Clean down your section and prepare for the following morning.
• Support other sections of the kitchen when needed.
