What you’ll be doing:

As Sommelier, you’ll be at the heart of the guest experience, guiding customers through the carefully curated wine list and ensuring seamless front of house service. Your day-to-day will include:

• Advising guests on wine pairings to complement the menu
• Caring for and maintaining the wine store
• Working closely with the front of house team to deliver a smooth and memorable service
• Sharing your knowledge and enthusiasm for wine with both guests and colleagues

What we’re looking for:

We’re seeking a Sommelier in Southampton who is ready to grow and expand their expertise. Ideally, you will have:

• A genuine passion for wine and hospitality
• WSET Level 2 in Wine
• Previous experience in a similar front of house role
• Strong communication skills and a guest-first approach
