We’re looking for a passionate General Manager to join a prestigious private members club in Lymington. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of the hospitality operation, from day-to-day dining to high-profile events. You’ll be leading an experienced team and working closely with the Head Chef to elevate the food and service to the next level.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading hospitality operations, from regattas and corporate functions to private celebrations
• Overseeing all aspects of service including stock control, rotas, and menu design
• Hiring, training, and inspiring staff to deliver exceptional standards
• Managing budgets, suppliers, and costs to ensure financial efficiency
• Driving service excellence while maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations
