Key Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day running of the café, serving tea, coffee, cakes and sandwiches

• Take responsibility for opening and closing duties

• Maintain a clean, welcoming café environment for friends and families to enjoy

• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure food safety standards are upheld

What we’re looking for

• Experience as a Cafe Manager/ Leader or similar role in hospitality

• A friendly, organised, and customer-focused approach

• Strong knowledge of barista coffee preparation and food safety

• Ability to motivate and support a small, close-knit team
