Location: Shepherd’s Bush
Salary: £35,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 06:30 – 16:00
Working Pattern: Term-time only (42 weeks per year, including inset days)

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and passionate professional with previous secondary school experience to lead a dedicated catering team and deliver high-quality, nutritious meals to students and staff.

Your key responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of catering staff, ensuring smooth daily operations
• Prepare and serve fresh, nutritious meals to students and staff
• Maintain full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and allergen regulations
• Plan menus and introduce creative ideas to improve meal quality and variety
• Manage stock levels, place orders, and maintain excellent supplier relationships
• Collaborate with school staff to ensure a seamless catering service

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience as a Chef Manager in a secondary school
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Passion for delivering high-quality, healthy food for children and young people
• Relevant food hygiene qualification and allergen awareness training
• Confident in managing compliance, health and safety, and team performance
